นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน (Return & Refund Policy)
บริษัท Worldchemical ให้ความสำคัญกับความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและมุ่งมั่นในการให้บริการที่โปร่งใสและเป็นธรรม นโยบายของเราครอบคลุมทั้งการคืนสินค้า เปลี่ยนสินค้า และการคืนเงิน ดังนี้:
เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า
ลูกค้าสามารถขอคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า โดยต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
สินค้าต้องแนบ หลักฐานการสั่งซื้อและใบเสร็จรับเงิน
กรณีที่สินค้าเสียหายหรือมีปัญหาจากการขนส่ง กรุณาแจ้งภายใน 3 วัน พร้อมแนบรูปถ่ายประกอบ
การเปลี่ยนสินค้า
ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายในระยะเวลาเดียวกัน (30 วัน) โดยเงื่อนไขเหมือนกับการคืนสินค้า
สินค้าที่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ต้องยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งานและอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม

ไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมในการคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้า
การคืนเงิน
การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการภายใน 7 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้าและตรวจสอบแล้วว่าสินค้าอยู่ในเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
ช่องทางในการคืนเงินจะเป็นไปตามวิธีที่ลูกค้าใช้ในการชำระเงิน
สินค้าที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้
สินค้าที่เปิดใช้งานแล้ว หรือไม่มีบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
สินค้าที่เสื่อมสภาพเนื่องจากการจัดเก็บที่ไม่เหมาะสม
สินค้าประเภทควบคุมอุณหภูมิ หรือมีวันหมดอายุเร็ว เพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้บริโภค

Return Conditions
Customers may return products within 30 days of receiving them. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
A purchase receipt or order confirmation must be included.
For damaged items due to shipping, please notify us within 3 days with photo evidence.
Exchange Policy
Product exchanges are allowed under the same conditions and timeframe (30 days) as returns.
